Southwest Network is seeking an administrative support professional to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. You will answer phones, greet members, and assist with questions and requests to support our clinical teams in delivering timely care.
This role requires high school diploma, strong customer service, and solid computer skills including Microsoft Office. Prior office experience, especially in medical settings, is preferred, and you must be at least 21 years old.
