Kings Valley Charter School in Oregon is seeking an office assistant to greet students and parents and support daily office operations. You will answer phones, assist the office supervisor, and help maintain a friendly, efficient front office.
The position starts at $16.25 per hour (DOE) and begins 08/27/26. Applicants must pass a background check; two years of college or equivalent experience preferred; familiarity with Gmail and Google apps is essential.

The office assistant provides a friendly face and helpful attitude for pre-k-12 students and their parents visiting or calling the KVCS office. Duties include:
Answering phones promptly and professionally
Assisting office supervisoras needed
Administering medications and provide basic first aid to students
Performing related tasks as directed by supervisor
Starting at $16.25 and up depending on experience
