Welcome patients, assist with check-in and check-out, answer phones, schedule appointments, and support front-office operationsGuide patients through health histories, pre-testing, diagnostic testing, and other clinical aspects of their visitAssist doctors with patient flow, contact lens services, pre- and post-operative care, and patient educationHelp patients with frame selection, eyewear options, and other optical servicesVerify insurance benefits and assist with patient paperwork and informationEducate patients about routine, preventative, and medical eye careProvide friendly, attentive service while helping wherever needed across the practice
