Premier Eye Associates in Alabama is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to join our growing private practice. You will help patients find frames, recommend eyewear options, and provide a warm, personalized shopping experience from selection through fitting.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do


  • Help patients find the perfect frames for their style, needs, and budget

  • Recommend eyewear, lens options, and upgrades that improve both vision and appearance

  • Create a personalized, comfortable shopping experience from frame selection through final fitting

  • Adjust and fit eyewear for comfort, appearance, and precision

  • Build trust with patients through friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service

  • Work with our team to create an exceptional experience and help grow the practice

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent



Preferred Qualifications


  • Previous customer service experience

  • Previous optical, optometry, healthcare, or customer service experience

  • Experience assisting patients with frame selection and lens options

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Friendly, professional, and patient-focused personality

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Comfortable working with measurements, numbers, and basic computer systems

  • Ability to explain products and recommendations clearly

  • Sales experience with a service-focused approach

  • Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn

  • ABO certification or optical training is a plus, but not required


Candidates do not need to meet all of these preferred qualifications to apply.

  • Pay Range: minimum $14.00 per hour; final pay is based on relevant experience and qualifications
