Job summary

Premier Eye Associates is seeking a friendly Eye Care Assistant to join our growing private practice in Alabama. No prior eye care experience is required as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.

You will help with front desk tasks, patient check-in/out, scheduling, and support clinical workflow. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends, plus benefits like health and vision insurance, PTO, and opportunities for advancement as you learn multiple areas of eye

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with patients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and assist with check-in/check-out; answer phones and schedule appointments.
  • Support front-office operations and assist clinicians with patient flow and testing.
  • Assist with frame selection, eyewear options, and optical services; educate patients on eye care.
