Job summary

Joss Search is partnering with a prestigious global investment firm in Dallas, seeking a Concierge Assistant to join the Office Management team. This role blends office operations, executive support, and employee experience, offering exposure across the organization and a path for long-term corporate administration.

The candidate will help run day-to-day operations, coordinate meetings and hospitality logistics, support Executives, manage supplies and vendors, and contribute to employee events.

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of professional experience in administration, office operations, hospitality, customer service, events, or a related environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and a highly professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy and highly professional office environment.
  • Partnering closely with the Office Manager to ensure the office operates efficiently and seamlessly.
  • Serving as a support resource for Executive Assistants and senior leaders across the firm.
  • Coordinating meetings, conference rooms, catering, and hospitality-related logistics.
  • Maintaining office supplies, managing deliveries, and liaising with vendors as needed.
  • Assisting with employee events, office initiatives, and special projects.
  • Helping create a polished and welcoming experience for employees and visitors.
  • Managing competing priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Providing hands‑on support wherever needed to ensure the success of the broader team.

THE ROLE

This is a unique opportunity to join the firm’s Office Management team as a Concierge Assistant. The role sits at the intersection of office operations, executive support, and employee experience, providing broad exposure across the organization and serving as a key resource for both Executive Assistants and senior leaders.

The Concierge Assistant plays an important role in ensuring the office runs seamlessly day-to-day.
