The Office & Program Coordinator is the face of the Student Affairs Office in the College of Nursing. Your desk will be the first stop for visitors, students, and employees to ask questions or get guidance. You will work closely with the Director and Associate Director of the Student Affairs Office. This position requires a friendly, welcoming personality and the ability to handle emergencies effectively while streamlining office operations. It is mostly self-directed and involves a variety of tasks and projects.

The Student Affairs and Academic Operations Team supports over 2000+ pre-nursing and nursing students at the University of Utah. We are seeking a dynamic, collaborative individual to provide day-to-day support for our office and staff.

Demonstrate initiative, flexibility, enthusiasm, teamwork, and a positive attitude. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Office environment, primarily sitting, hearing, listening, talking, with occasional walking, bending, and reaching.
Bachelor's degree in a related field and one year of related experience, or equivalent. Ability to work independently, analyze, and decide on program content. Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
