An established industry player in behavioral health is seeking a dedicated professional to coordinate crisis response services. This role involves managing communications, facilitating training, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Performs difficult professional and administrative work coordinating and communicating among contractual partners involved in the delivery of crisis response services in Region 4. Consults with mobile crisis providers and call center contractor; resolves queries from providers and other system partners; establishes and maintains relationships with mobile crisis providers via exemplary customer service skills; provides training and technical support to providers and partners regarding regional Hub policies and procedures; maintains knowledge of applicable regulatory changes pertaining to service provision of mobile crisis and community stabilization services. Maintains records and files, prepares reports and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the intermediate supervision of the assigned Program Supervisor or Program Manager.
