Program Coordinator


Position Type: Full-Time

Typical Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm ET

Location: Remote - (prioritizing candidates in southern half of the state)

Travel: up to 10% domestic travel (primarily in WV) including overnight stays

Position Overview:

The Program Coordinator at The EdVenture Group serves the organization by

supporting and coordinating programs to ensure high-quality outreach and development

services for clients, in alignment with the mission and goals of the organization. The

Program Coordinator plays a key supportive role, requiring strong organizational,

communication, and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks and collaborate

effectively with clients and teams. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive,

adaptable, and passionate about education, with a willingness to learn and contribute to

initiatives that empower learning and development while building a strong foundation for

career growth.

Program Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing educational programs and projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and client needs,
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders,
  • Manage schedules, track deadlines, and maintain accurate records for projects, ensuring all documentation is up to date and organized,
  • Monitor the implementation of programs to ensure they meet high standards of quality and adhere to established guidelines and objectives,
  • Coordinate logistics for program delivery, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and arranging travel or events as needed,
  • Gather feedback and data from program activities, compile reports, and provide insights to support continuous improvement efforts,
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of programs, fostering a cooperative and supportive work environment,
  • Travel as needed, including occasional airline travel and overnight stays to support program delivery and maintain project deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, county, state, and federal regulations, and other identified requirements
  • Maintain a remote working environment that incorporates best practices for personal safety and organizational productivity and complies with company policies


Requirements


Program Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required,
  • Relevant internship or entry-level work experience in program coordination, administrative support, or education is preferred,
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with clients, educators, and team members
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment,
