Job summary

Caliber Collision in Joppa, IL is hiring an Office Administrator to perform all-purpose duties, including front-office support, payroll and HR administration, and accounts payable/receivable management to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

You will uphold Caliber SOPs through training and monitoring, deliver a world-class customer experience, and help maintain cash handling procedures and other center operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience within a customer facing environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-office support and training to teammates.
• Handle payroll and HR administration and recordkeeping.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
