Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for an Office Administrator to perform all-purpose duties, including payroll and HR administration, accounts payable/receivable, and cash handling, while ensuring a world-class customer experience in Hilton Head Island.

The role supports front office operations, training, and tool provisioning to teammates, with opportunities for career growth and internal promotions within a production shop environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing environment.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable and Payroll experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-office support and training tools for teammates.
• Perform payroll and HR administration and recordkeeping for center staff.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and cash handling per SOPs.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience through consistent procedures.
