Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience within a customer facing environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide front office support and assist teammates with tools, training and information.
• Perform payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for center associates.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Cash Handling procedures to company standards.
• Deliver a world class customer experience by applying Caliber SOPs through ongoing training and monitoring.
