Job description

15-20 Hours Per Week | In-Office | Oklahoma City, OK
$17-20 Per Hour, Based on Experience

About the Role

The Office Administrator plays an important role in keeping HALO Project organized, welcoming, and running smoothly.

This position provides day-to-day administrative and office support across the organization. Responsibilities include maintaining records and documentation, assisting with routine financial tasks, completing data entry and recurring administrative responsibilities, keeping office and shared spaces organized and stocked, and providing logistical support to HALO staff, therapists, programs, trainings, and other organizational activities.

Because this is a part-time role supporting a busy organization, we are looking for someone who can take ownership of their responsibilities, establish consistent routines, and make sure important details don’t fall through the cracks.

Who Will Thrive in This Position?

Someone will thrive in this role if they genuinely enjoy organization, consistency, helping people, and getting things done.

The ideal person doesn’t need someone constantly telling them what to do next. They are comfortable working from established responsibilities while also noticing when something needs attention and taking initiative to address it.

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Enjoy creating order and keeping things organized.
  • Pay attention to details and care about accuracy.
  • Are dependable and consistently follow through on responsibilities.
  • Can work independently and manage your time well.
  • Notice things that need to be done and take initiative.
  • Are comfortable handling administrative, financial, and data-related tasks.
  • Enjoy supporting others and contributing to a team.
  • Communicate warmly and professionally with a variety of people.
  • Can shift priorities and problem-solve when unexpected needs arise.
  • Take pride in creating a welcoming, organized, and well-cared-for environment.

This position may be especially fulfilling for someone who enjoys being the person behind the scenes who helps everything work well. While many responsibilities are routine and administrative, the impact of doing them consistently and with excellence is felt throughout the organization.
