Description

Bridgestone HosePower, LLCis North America's Premier Hydraulic and Industrial Hose Sales and Service Company. Headquartered in Orange Park, Florida we offer Counter Service, Mobile Hose Repair, and state of the art OEM Centers throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Due to recent, as well as projected growth, we are seeking a motivated, outgoing Office Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and respond to incoming inquiries
  • Perform data entry functions as needed for both Branch and Operations Manager
  • Minimize impact of customer service complaints and claims by reacting quickly and efficiently to resolve problem issues
  • Assist with filing, and maintaining a clean and organized branch
  • Completing accounting functions for the branch such as; billing and invoicing
  • Working with and learning new computer programs as pushed down from Corporate
  • Fills orders and communicates expected delivery date, as needed
  • Working with other branch locations on inquiries to assist internal and external customers
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Experience in an industrial setting preferred
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and problem-solving skills required
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn various computer systems, Microsoft suite experience
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and respond to customers quickly and efficiently
  • Comfortable in a warehouse environment
  • Ideal candidate must be a team player, goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
