Join Our Team as an Exceptional Office Administrator!
PhysioSource Physical Therapy is on the lookout for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Office Administrator in our Toledo clinic! This position will be Part-Time. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love creating an amazing patient experience, and know how to keep a clinic running smoothly, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the face and leader of our clinic, ensuring top-notch patient experiences
  • Keep daily operations running like clockwork—manage daily schedule to ensure smooth, efficient & productive daily schedules
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while handling patient and staff concerns
  • Lead insurance verification & authorization process.
  • Ensure all patient intake paperwork is complete before appointments
  • Handle payments, including self-pay, co-pays, and co-insurance, at the time of service

  • Healthcare Experience (Physical Therapy preferred)
  • Customer Service Rockstar with a passion for helping others
