Responsibilities
  • Support regional administrative needs of the General Sales Manager and branch operations, including HR, Finance, and Sales support functions.
  • Manage office administrative activities such as mail, shipments, office supply ordering, and equipment maintenance.
  • Support the Finance Shared Services Center with daily paperwork, payroll, and customer inquiries.
  • Perform daily balancing of the Encompass Route Accounting System for all routes in the facility.
  • Assist HR with new hire paperwork, timecard tracking, recruiting paperwork, and policy questions.
  • Answer incoming calls professionally and direct them appropriately.
  • Maintain records in compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Plan and organize meetings and events.
  • Support sales activities like Tell-Sell calling where applicable.
  • Assist employees with compliance records such as driver logs and fuel records.
Building Success
  • Collaborate across the organization and share best practices.
  • Lead by example and uphold company standards and values.
  • Represent the company and Red Bull brand professionally in the market.
Qualifications
  • Preferred experience in customer service, HR, office management, or accounting.
  • Accounting experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and time effectively.
  • Punctuality and excellent time management.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
