CPG in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Office Administrator to manage front office activities for the OTS Department, coordinating shipping/receiving and daily operations.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years in office management and call handling, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This role also involves coordinating with managers, budgeting for office needs, and providing occasional support to executives.

The Office Administrator position is responsible for overall front office activities and support of OTS Department.

This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, laptops, phones, plotters, multifunctional copy/scan/print/fax machines and filing cabinets. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record (MVR) review, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. Positions requiring driving must have an MVR that meets company and insurance carrier standards.
