Stone Mountain Access Systems is seeking an Office/Administrative professional to manage front desk operations and support mail, payments, and facilities. The role involves coordinating reception, reviewing invoices, and ensuring documentation and insurance submissions are compliant.

The Office/Administrative position is responsible for overall front office activities, including the reception area, mail, and facilities.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds.
May work 20-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
No travel is expected for this position.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
Ability to speak, read and write English required.
Ability to speak, read or write Spanish or Polish preferred.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exits. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Proficient in MS Office, Internet and Windows.
Driver’s license preferred.
