Insight Global is partnering with a financial & retirement planning services company, with a focus on educating and providing independent financial advice with the outcome of creating legacy. This administrative & marketing focused assistant would provide daily workflow support to the staff and to its clients.
The onsite assistant will be responsible for providing excellent service support, follow-through and deliver an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate would be someone who has earned securities licenses, with sometime spent in support.
Day to Day:
-Courteously and professionally answer and problem solve both office and client related issues.
-Assist with the scheduling and confirming of appointments, meetings and phone calls with current and prospective clients.
-Assist with the management of in-house staff calendars and schedules using Outlook and Redtail (CRM).
-Manage routine filing, copying, processing and maintain the repository for all client paperwork.
-Prepare new business accurately and timely processing forms, collection of support documentation and securing of required electronic or wet signatures needed for the establishment of accounts and services.
-Able to generate written and electronic correspondence and knowledgeable of compliance details with broker/dealer regulations.
-Maintenance of logs for incoming securities checks and submission of materials for advertising review.
