Description

The Office and HR Administrator has a unique role within the Mission Critical Group Solutions organization. An integral part of the day-to-day support that helps ensure our company’s success, you will serve as both onsite HR support and oversee all aspects of office administration.

Responsibilities
Office Administration
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
  • Oversee office supply inventory, ordering, and distribution.
  • Ensure adherence to office policies and procedures.
  • Manage mail services (USPS, FedEx, UPS).
  • Manage vendor relationships for office services and supplies.
  • Coordinate office calendar, meetings, logistics, and meeting spaces.
  • Organize onsite hospitality, lunches, and special events.
  • Plan and coordinate company events, staff meetings, and town halls.
  • Provide administrative support to leadership, including document prep, correspondence, and data entry.
  • Maintain confidential records, client info, and internal contacts.
  • Keep employee directory updated.
  • Arrange travel for staff, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Perform occasional errands like banking and postal runs.
HR Administration
  • Support employee lifecycle processes and onboarding.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Managers for onsite interviews.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, IT setup, and security.
  • Welcome new hires and assist with orientation.
  • Handle level one HR inquiries on policies, payroll, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with HR team for escalated issues.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and events.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of HR support or Office Administration experience.
  • Experience in event coordination, scheduling, or travel management preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Skills and Abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.

Work Environment & Physical Demands
