About the Role:
Lydia's House of Hope is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting a variety of office functions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support services to the Executive Director that ensures outstanding communication and responsiveness.
- Manage calendars, prioritize inquiries and requests, troubleshoot conflicts, and make recommendations to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support and manage a high volume of requests and projects to meet organizational objectives.
- Coordinate scheduling and travel logistics.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and memos.
- Assist in strategic communications, organizational planning, and special projects as assigned.
- Organize meetings and events, including retreats and board meetings.
- Maintain filing and communication systems, including contact management and document archiving.
- Manage social media accounts and update content.
- Utilize WordPress for website updates.
- Support donor and funder relations.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office administration role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Canva and social media management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
