About the Role:

Lydia's House of Hope is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting a variety of office functions.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide comprehensive support services to the Executive Director that ensures outstanding communication and responsiveness.
  2. Manage calendars, prioritize inquiries and requests, troubleshoot conflicts, and make recommendations to ensure smooth daily operations.
  3. Support and manage a high volume of requests and projects to meet organizational objectives.
  4. Coordinate scheduling and travel logistics.
  5. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and memos.
  6. Assist in strategic communications, organizational planning, and special projects as assigned.
  7. Organize meetings and events, including retreats and board meetings.
  8. Maintain filing and communication systems, including contact management and document archiving.
  9. Manage social media accounts and update content.
  10. Utilize WordPress for website updates.
  11. Support donor and funder relations.
  12. Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in an office administration role.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  3. Experience with Canva and social media management.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
