Position Overview:

Reporting to the Office Manager, the Office Administrator handles administrative tasks focusing on customer service and data entry. This role requires effective communication, high attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Prior office administration experience and multitasking ability are essential.

Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, email, and fax from customers and partners.
  2. Support the Service department with administrative tasks like generating work orders and dispatching technicians.
  3. Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
  4. Assist departments with data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  5. Manage mail, packages, and deliveries.
  6. Process customer payments.
  7. Organize employee recognition and team events.
  8. Investigate and resolve issues within responsibilities, gather and analyze information.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of customer service or office admin experience.
  • Preferred: 1+ years in commercial roofing or construction.
  • Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
  • High school diploma required; college coursework preferred.
Working Conditions:
  • Office environment with usual office equipment; exposure to noise and temperature.
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, walk; lift over 25 lbs occasionally.

Compensation:
