• Answering Phones
• Providing A++ customer service
• Creating bank deposits and processing payments
• Managing current and past due accounts
• Entering payments and processing credit card payments
• Maintaining relationships with National Maintenance Companies and their payment processes
• Scheduling jobs and confirming services
• Training window cleaners on invoices and work orders
• Filing paperwork and maintaining records
• Demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Communicating effectively by phone and in person
• Ensuring reliable transportation for job sites
• Using Word, Excel, and Outlook efficiently
• Working both independently and as part of a team
• Possessing a high school diploma (associates/bachelor preferred) and budgeting experience as a plus

Responsibilities:

• Answering Phones
• A++ Customer Service
• Creating bank deposits
• Collecting current and past due accounts
• Entering payments and processing credit card payments into a database
• Creating and maintaining relationships with National Maintenance Companies and their payment processes.
• Scheduling jobs and confirming job services.
• Training window cleaners on completing invoices and work orders properly.
• Filing all necessary paperwork.
• Good organizational skills and ability to follow-through
• Excellent communication skills on the telephone and in person
• Demonstrates self-confidence and trustworthiness.
• Reliable transportation
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.

Compensation:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
