Job description

Traditions of America, an award-winning home builder specializing in 55+ resort-style communities, is seeking an exceptional Sales Office Admin/Greeter for our newest community in North Hills, Pittsburgh, PA. Hours are Monday through 9:30 AM to 6 PM during daylight savings time and 9 AM to 5 PM during winter months. The ideal candidate must be energetic, quick to learn, detail-oriented, and possess strong computer, customer service, and organizational skills.

Job Description

The responsibilities of the Office Admin/Greeter include:

  • Providing administrative and organizational support, along with excellent customer service
  • Opening and closing model homes
  • Supporting the Sales and Design Teams as needed
  • Answering phones and general office support
  • CRM data entry and report generation
  • Assisting with scheduling appointments
  • Meeting and greeting prospective homebuyers
  • Assisting with homebuyer closings
  • Building strong customer relationships
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking abilities, and teamwork
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including customer service

Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly Wage, with a competitive compensation and benefits package.
