We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to support operations at Apple Tree, a 294-unit manufactured housing community in New Castle, CO. The Office Administrator will oversee administrative tasks, coordinate resident relations, manage leasing documentation, and perform clerical functions to support the community's success.

Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in property management or housing communities
  • Maintain accurate records, including resident files, invoices, and reports
  • Assist with property inspections, work orders, and community events
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships and collaborate effectively
  • Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle conflict resolution, complaints, and provide high-quality customer service
  • Identify areas for improvement and suggest efficiencies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license
