The Ottawa County Improvement Corporation (OCIC) seeks an energetic Office Administrator to support day-to-day operations, provide professional administrative and bookkeeping assistance, and help keep the office running efficiently in a nonprofit, community-focused setting in Ohio.
This full-time role Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm with some flexibility, involves accounts payable/receivable, reports, correspondence, event support, and general office duties, working with staff, partners, and

The Office Administrator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the organization and providing professional, confidential, and responsive administrative support to staff, partners, and stakeholders. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Office Administrator’s primary responsibilities include accounting and bookkeeping functions, maintaining an organized and efficient workplace, and providing administrative support that contributes to a professional, collaborative, and productive work environment.
