Liberty Home Guard is the country’s fastest-growing and best-rated home warranty provider. We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential to supporting day-to-day office operations, administrative coordination, and workplace organization across departments. The Office Administrator will help ensure a productive, efficient, and positive office environment while assisting with operational and administrative processes that keep the business running smoothly.

Success in this role means maintaining an organized and well-supported workplace, ensuring operational needs are handled efficiently, and helping teams stay focused, prepared, and productive.

Your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Support day-to-day office operations, ensuring workflows run efficiently and administrative needs are met across departments.
  • Maintain office organization, including supply inventory, ordering, storage, and vendor coordination.
  • Coordinate workplace logistics, including mail distribution, deliveries, office equipment, and facility-related requests.
  • Ensure an exceptional in-office experience by managing workplace amenities, refreshments, cleanliness, and hospitality needs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal administrative requests and assist employees with office-related support.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating conference rooms, and preparing office spaces for team or client meetings.
  • Support onboarding logistics for new hires, including workspace setup, supplies, badges, and equipment coordination.
  • Assist with organizing company events, team-building activities, office celebrations, and internal meetings.
  • Coordinate team apparel, office materials, and company merchandise inventory as needed.
  • Maintain organized records, documentation, and administrative tracking systems.
  • Support cross-functional teams with administrative projects, data entry, and operational coordination.
  • Communicate professionally with vendors, visitors, clients, and internal team members.
  • Assist leadership and department managers with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
  • Monitor office needs proactively and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, and workplace experience.
  • Coordinate approvals, signatures, invoices, and other routine administrative workflows to ensure timely completion.
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Maintain predictable and punctual attendance to ensure continuous operational support and team collaboration.

Availability & Flexibility
  • This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position based in-office.
  • Occasional flexibility outside standard business hours may be required to support office operations, company events, or urgent administrative needs.
  • Any additional hours worked beyond the scheduled workweek will be compensated appropriately in accordance with company policy and applicable labor laws.
