The Office Administrator, reporting to the Office Manager, manages our Durham office administration and procedures to ensure a smooth running, well-organized office environment. The successful candidate is energetic, versatile, detail-oriented, professional, can wear multiple hats, and is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties. They should be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This is a part-time on-site role with work hours of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8am to 2pm or 8am to 5pm, though occasional office events, meetings, repairs, etc., may require earlier start or later departure times. The position is hourly and not benefit-eligible.
This position will be based in Durham, NC. (Part-time with work hours of 8am-2pm or 8am-5pm Tuesday – Thursday)
Candidates must be able to perform essential functions, including operating at a computer for long periods and occasional light lifting. The role is sedentary with some physical activity.
