Position Details
  • Pay Rate: $19.50/hour, paid bi-weekly
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Knowledge of transportation & logistics industry is a plus

This role provides administrative support, including accounting, payroll, HR, benefits, and general office tasks. Acts as a backup for Records & Billing Administrators and Call Center Reps.

Key Job Activities
  • Customer Service: Maintain high standards of service and serve as backup to the Call Center.
  • Company Growth: Review vendor invoices, assist with monthly accruals, process payroll, manage benefit records, and generate reports.
  • Team Development & Compliance: Strive for daily improvement and maintain a safe, compliant workplace.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of office administration experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and payroll software (e.g., ADP)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
