Job Title: Office Services Specialist / Office Administrator

Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Services Specialist / Office Administrator to support daily operations at our Carrollton, TX office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys a mix of administrative, logistical, and client-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide backup phone coverage for the receptionist, including during lunch breaks, absences, or sick days
  • Handle incoming calls from field personnel and clients
  • Perform general office support tasks and data entry, including manual entry of ordered materials
  • Manage weekly food orders from Sam’s Club
  • Handle pickup and delivery of project-related documents and checks to/from businesses and construction sites (local and occasional travel to Fort Worth)
  • Provide administrative and HR support as needed
  • Interface professionally with clients and internal teams

Required Qualifications

  • 6 months to 1 year of in-office experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Texas driver’s license (must be able to drive a company vehicle)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
