Base pay range

$50,000.00/hr - $60,000.00/hr

Role Summary

Delilah Dallas, opening this Fall, seeks a talented Restaurant Office Administrator to support daily operations. The ideal candidate is energetic, well-organized, flexible, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Complete new hire onboarding accurately and timely, including checklists and uniforms.
  • Assist with employee terminations.
  • Prepare weekly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings.
  • Screen and direct phone calls.
  • Process mail.
  • Resolve administrative issues or escalate to GM.
  • Maintain and order office supplies.
  • Manage electronics, POS systems, computers, peripherals, cameras, sound systems.
  • Prepare communications like memos, emails, invoices, reports.
  • Be present at the venue for vendor visits and communicate with management.
  • Act as liaison for menu and payroll between corporate and venue.
  • Participate in BEO/events calls and follow up on requests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the GM.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of administrative or restaurant support experience.
  • High School diploma or associate degree.
  • Discretion and integrity to handle confidential info.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Open availability preferred.
