Responsibilities:

  1. Greet visitors and manage phone/email communications with professionalism.
  2. Organize schedules, prepare documents for meetings, and support operations.
  3. Process invoices, handle office tasks, and assist with team projects.
  4. Keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced office environment.

Requirements:

  1. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  2. Comfortable using technology (Mac or PC) and able to complete short aptitude tests.
  3. Positive attitude, team-first mindset, and willingness to grow.
  4. Must reflect AIM’s values of credibility, reliability, integrity, and respect.

Preferred Qualifications:
