Position Overview

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated Part-Time Remote Office Administrative Assistant to support our internal operations. This role will focus on providing administrative support across departments, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties including data entry, document preparation, and email correspondence
  • Maintain digital filing systems and organize internal documents
  • Assist with scheduling virtual meetings and coordinating calendars
  • Support onboarding and compliance tasks for temporary staff and internal employees
  • Update and maintain CRM and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed
  • Provide support for special projects and ad hoc administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and cloud-based tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.)
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM tools is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred

Schedule & Compensation

  • Hours: 15–20 hours per week, flexible schedule within standard business hours
  • Location: 100% Remote (must reside in the United States)
  • Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
