Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Journeyman-level Offensive Cyberspace Operational Planner to support USCYBERCOM planning with on-site contract support. The role requires top-secret clearance with SCI eligibility and Polygraph, a BA/BS in a relevant field, and extensive CO planning experience.

You will develop and synchronize OCO plans, staff key orders, and coordinate with Joint Operational Planning Groups to deliver integrated cyber effects in line with national objectives.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and polygraph.
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or relevant field.
• 8+ years recent CO Planner experience, with waiver options for Combat Mission Team service.
• Familiarity with OCO concepts, authorities, and military planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage in approved CO planning and staffing processes per USCYBERCOM guidance.
• Develop and synchronize Offensive Cyberspace Operations plans to deliver cyber effects.
• Support targeting selection, validation, synchronization, and integration during execution.
• Draft and staff OPORDs, OPLANs, and FRAGOs.
• Support Joint Operational Planning Groups and integrate cyberspace capabilities into plans.
• Develop courses of action and coordinate internal and external capabilities.
• Provide situational awareness across projects and operations activities.
