Job summary

Daxko is seeking an Offboarding Coordinator to lead the entire exit process for customers of our Nonprofit and Club software. You will coordinate data exports, invoicing, and service deactivations while maintaining strong relationships with customers to keep doors open for future engagement.

You will be the main contact during the offboarding journey, coordinating across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to ensure a seamless transition and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer-facing experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport in challenging conversations.
• Detail-oriented and organized with ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• Comfort working across teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Own the full offboarding lifecycle for customers leaving our Nonprofit and Club software, from first notice to final sign-off.
• Serve as the customer’s main point of contact during their exit, ensuring clear communication and fast responses.
• Build relationships with departing customers to preserve goodwill and enable future re-engagement.
• Coordinate data exports, final invoicing, and service deactivation across teams.
• Track transition details in CRM and task systems with accurate records from start to finish.
• Gather feedback from departing customers and share insights for improvement.
