Daxko is seeking a Senior Payroll Administrator to own the U.S. payroll lifecycle end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance for all states. You will work with People Operations, Finance, and Business Systems to optimize UKG Pro configurations and deliver reliable payroll processing.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision support through dashboards, plus collaboration on acquisitions and complex tax filings. A strong background in U.S. payroll and advanced Excel is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience including end-to-end U.S. payroll processing.
• Hands-on experience with UKG Pro.
• Strong understanding of U.S. payroll regulations, tax requirements, and compliance.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full U.S. payroll cycle across federal, state, and local requirements.
• Lead payroll operations in UKG, including configuration, audits and optimization.
• Manage multi-state payroll tax compliance including unemployment and income tax filings.
• Run year-end payroll close with reconciliations and reporting.
• Turn payroll data into insights with dashboards and reports for leaders.
• Guide payroll integration during acquisitions and ensure smooth transitions.
• Be the go-to resource for payroll questions for employees and partners.
