Qualifications

• Education or experience with an Associate's degree in healthcare or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years' phlebotomy experience.
• Ability to perform complex problem solving and leadership skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
• Advanced computer skills and exceptional customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of regulatory, accrediting, and compliance requirements.
• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be eligible for company auto insurance.
• IOP placement requires execution of Confidential Information and Restrictive Covenant Agreement.
• Mobile/Long Term Care placement requires ADHS Fingerprinting Certification or ability to obtain fingerprinting certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and control all phases of off-site phlebotomy operations.
• Develop, train, and coach employees throughout the life cycle; oversee performance reviews and pay adjustments.
• Maintain staffing levels with minimal overtime and manage supply usage and budgeting for the unit.
• Ensure locations function effectively; promote service levels and community engagement with physicians, clients, and internal customers.
• Identify and resolve service issues using Six Sigma and Lean principles; champion safety initiatives.
• Coordinate facilities management through vendor negotiations and collaboration with contractors and account managers.
