Job summary

Laboratory Sciences of Arizona seeks an experienced operations leader to supervise off-site phlebotomy activities in the Phoenix area. You will plan staffing, training, quality improvement, and budget management while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with physicians, clients, and internal teams, drive Six Sigma initiatives, and maintain service levels across locations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in healthcare or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years' Phlebotomy experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
• Advanced computer skills and regulatory knowledge.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company auto insurance.
• ADHS Fingerprinting Certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and control all phases of off-site phlebotomy operations.
• Select, train, coach, and evaluate staff; oversee performance reviews.
• Ensure service levels, patient care quality, and customer satisfaction.
