Aultman Hospital is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and direction of patient care across the hospital and outbuildings. This role involves staff, patient and family teaching and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to uphold Ohio Nurse Practice Act standards.

Off-shift supervision includes managing staffing, admissions, transfers, discharges, and resource allocation while promoting safety, quality care, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Nursing certification preferred.
• Current, active licensure as a Registered Nurse through the Ohio Board of Nursing.
• AHA BLS training with Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) is required.
• Advanced educational qualifications with understanding of scope, populations served, and diversity.

Responsabilités

• Provide hospital-wide clinical and operational leadership during off-shift hours.
• Promote safe, high-quality patient care and coordinate hospital operations.
• Oversee staffing, patient assignments, admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Serve as escalation point for patient care concerns and interdepartmental issues.
• Lead performance improvement activities and mentor nursing staff.
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership and physicians.
