Aultman Health System is seeking a Full-Time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) for the Hospitalist service, night shift (7p-7a) in Canton, OH. The role focuses on delivering personalized inpatient care in a hospital setting, with collaboration with hospitalist physicians and a structured support system.

• Licensed to practice as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Ohio.
• Minimum one year in Acute Care setting preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills; strong organization skills; ability to stimulate new ideas and create an environment of teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with hospitalist physicians to admit, discharge, and care for patients during their stay; provide consultation services as requested.
• Deliver personalized inpatient hospital care with goal-directed nursing care through assessment.
• Coordinate with community primary care providers, medical/surgical specialties, nurses and ancillary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
