Job summary

The Aultman Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct, primary nursing care to patients/residents on the 7p-7a night shift. The RN delegates and coordinates care based on assessments, supervising licensed nurses and nursing aides as needed.

The role supports obstetrics care within the department and collaborates with the multidisciplinary team. BSN preferred; Ohio RN licensure required; BLS/ACLS/RQI training is expected; on-call weekends/holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Ohio required or in process.
• BSN preferred; graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient/resident nursing care on a 12-hour night shift.
• Delegate, coordinate, and supervise care by licensed practical nurses, nursing assistants, and other team members.
• Participate in care planning, documentation, and patient safety activities.
