Qualified candidates hold an Associate’s Degree and RN license in Ohio, with 2–5 years of clinical leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; RN licensure via Ohio Board of Nursing.
• 2 to 5 years clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Strong staffing, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to administrative functioning of nursing services by reviewing staffing, reassigning and allocating staff.
• Serves as a clinical resource and role model to nursing staff; ensures safe and equitable working environments; utilizes information systems for records and services.
• Interacts with internal and external customers and serves as a resource for information and problem solving.
• Serves as a liaison between nursing services and other hospital departments for problem solving and resolution.
• Coordinates and/or assists with activities during internal and external emergency situations.
