Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital Canton is seeking a House Supervisor - Registered Nurse (RN) for the Canton, OH location inside Aultman. This full-time night shift (7 p.m.

- 7:30 a.m.) role includes a $15,000 sign-on bonus and a strong emphasis on leadership and patient care. We offer extensive orientation, BSN scholarship, tuition reimbursement, and ongoing certifications (PCCN/CCRN), plus a robust clinical ladder and generous PTO to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.
• Five years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience preferred.
• Prior clinical management experience preferred.
• BSN is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively managing resources during your assigned shift.
• Creating a healthy work atmosphere that promotes team and individual growth.
• Constantly monitoring the workplace to ensure policy compliance.
• Serving as a clinical resource to staff and patients/families.
• Working with interdisciplinary teams to identify and solve patient- and facility-wide needs.
