Qualifications

• Leads and develops a team, drives performance management, and maintains an efficient organization.
• 3+ years in supply chain manufacturing, logistics or materials.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to work independently.
• Willingness to work off-shift, overtime, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and with suppliers.

Responsabilités

• Executes deliverables in support of the supply chain organization's objectives.
• Guides one key area within Global Supply Chain to meet or exceed business goals.
• Communicates with all levels of the organization and with suppliers.
• Assesses supplier schedules and impact on vehicle assembly production.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to develop creative solutions.
• Summarizes critical issues and resolutions for leadership.
• Travel to plant locations for onsite support of launches/build-outs.
