ORW | 4WP in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager who will help customers find the right off-road parts and coordinate daily store operations. You will work with the Store Manager to coach staff, deliver excellent service, and ensure inventory accuracy while supporting sales performance.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience in aftermarket automotive parts preferred.
• Experience coaching, training, or leading a sales team.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and product applications.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage inventory, pricing, and merchandising.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work the location's scheduled store hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations with the Store Manager across sales, customer service, inventory, and service coordination.
• Coach and motivate staff to meet daily and monthly goals for sales and efficiency.
• Provide product knowledge and sales techniques to customers.
• Coordinate customer orders with the Service Manager for installations.
• Maintain showroom displays and merchandising, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Review invoices for accurate pricing and complete information.
• Support store social media efforts to promote products and builds.
