Job summary

ORW | 4WP is seeking an Assistant Manager in Plano, TX to lead daily store operations, coach a sales team, and ensure excellent customer service. You will drive sales across merchandise, labor, and warranty categories while maintaining inventory accuracy and coordinating with the service team.

The role offers base pay plus uncapped commission, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience and ability to coach a sales team.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple needs.
• Experience with inventory control, ordering, replenishment, pricing and merchandising.
• Familiarity with computer software, parts databases, and POS systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations across sales, customer service, inventory and service coordination.
• Coach and motivate sales staff to meet merchandising, labor and warranty goals.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
• Recommend parts and services fitting customer needs and applications.
• Provide training on products, sales methods, and company procedures.
• Address customer concerns and coordinate with teams to resolve issues.
• Source parts efficiently considering availability, value, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and pricing reviews.
• Keep showroom displays organized and inviting.
• Coordinate with Service Manager on orders and service schedules.
• Support social media efforts to promote products and builds.
