Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 6+ years of related experience and 3+ years in leadership.
• Alternative: High School Diploma with 9+ years of specific experience and 5+ years in leadership.
• Master’s degree is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise staff, including interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, counseling, transferring, promoting, and termination as needed.
• Manage budgets and financial performance by controlling costs and aligning resources with the financial plan.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external partners for aligned objectives.
• Lead strategic planning and change management initiatives to improve team performance and address evolving business needs.
• Create and implement incentive plans that align with strategic goals and drive high impact performance.
• Handle other projects or duties as assigned.
