Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related experience and 3+ years of leadership.
• Or High School Diploma with 9+ years of specific experience and 5+ years of leadership.
• Master’s degree is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise assigned staff including interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, counseling, transferring or terminating.
• Strategically manage budgets and financial performance by controlling costs and aligning resources.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external partners.
• Leverage feedback to identify opportunities and lead strategic planning and change management.
• Create and implement incentive plans that align with business goals and drive performance.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
