SANY America is seeking an engineer to design, develop and validate mining loader cab systems for demanding off-highway applications. The role collaborates with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, suppliers and field teams to deliver reliable, competitive equipment.

With current revenues over $500 million, SANY America is pursuing aggressive growth in the Americas and seeks to move quickly beyond the initial platform. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Formación

• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, industrial design engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years designing vehicle cabs, interiors or operator workstations.
• Working knowledge of ergonomics, CAD, noise/vibration/harshness, environmental sealing, testing and supplier coordination.
• Ability to manage priorities, communicate technical findings, and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design loader cab structures, operator ergonomics, mounts, seals and interiors.
• Improve operator comfort through noise, vibration, dust-ingress and environmental sealing solutions.
• Use prototype and field test results, FMEA and supplier development to validate and refine cab assemblies.
