Qualifications

• Experience in cab structural design and ergonomic layout.
• Familiarity with NVH concepts for heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of FMEA and benchmarks to international models.
• Experience liaising with suppliers and PPAP documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall structural design and ergonomic layout of the cab for large-tonnage mining loaders.
• Oversee cab internal and external structures, mounting and fixation, sealing and interior systems.
• Support prototype manufacturing, commissioning and on-site tests with iterative optimization.
• Participate in cab FMEA and benchmarking against international models to improve safety and comfort.
• Liaise with suppliers for cab assembly development, sample verification and PPAP documentation.
